  Dear valued Customer, The maintenance work took place today as planned and has completed now. Unfortunately a full outage happened unexpectedly during the maintenance so you might have observed that the downtime was longer than previously communicated. We have addressed the outage as soon as we could and all affected servers are in operation again. We apologize sincerely for any impact to your work and will investigate internally to plan future maintenance better and minimize such risks and impacts.
