  The maintenance work took place today as planned and has completed. Unfortunately a full outage happened unexpectedly during the maintenance so you might have observed that the downtime was longer than previously communicated. We have addressed the outage as soon as we could and almost all affected servers are in operation again. There are still a few minor issues under investigation and should not impact you. Meanwhile we have identified the root cause of this and the previous outage and are working on a new solution. We apologize sincerely for any impact to your work and will investigate internally to plan future maintenance better and minimize such risks and impacts.   On Friday 4th of November 2022 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm CET, we are going to perform a special maintenance for our cloud infrastructure.
